A high-strength interpretation of the 18th-century Old Tom style. With bold juniper and sweet orange peel, the distillery uses a high proportion of distilled liquorice to attain a natural sweetness.
Using hand-blown vacuum stills to lower atmospheric pressure, they are able to reduce the heat and maintain the fresh flavours of the botanicals.

A family-run business in Highgate, Sacred distills under a vacuum in glassware. By lowering atmospheric pressure they can distill at a lower heat than the traditional Alembic pot still and thereby maintain the freshness of the botanicals.
A sweeter taste and silky mouthfeel. We find liquorice, nutty notes and orange peel.
