Situated in the heart of Bermondsey in London, once home to many distilleries during the infamous gin craze of the 18th century. Inspired by London’s rich history of distilling, Christian Jensen, the distillery’s founder, started by tasting vintage spirits from London’s lost distilleries. His aim was to create a balanced gin that paid tribute to these forgotten distilleries.
A classic taste with a balance of floral botanicals, citrus and spice surrounding the juniper. Coriander seeds, a little aniseed and rose petals.
