Founded in 1825, this charming distillery is nestled in the picturesque hills of Perthshire. Renowned for it’s artisanal approach to whisky making, a small team of dedicated distillers oversee the production and the distillery has kept much of its traditional equipment. Visitors to the distillery can experience firsthand the magic of Edradour whisky-making through guided tours and tastings, which offer a glimpse into the centuries-old traditions and techniques that define this historic distillery.

We find this oily, sweet and spicy with almond and cereal notes, dried fruits and cinnamon spice. The smaller stills allow heavier components into the distillate and create a thick velvety mouthfeel. The more robust spirit well suits the rich, deep flavours from the sherry casks. Vanilla, toffee, dried fruit, malty notes and honey.
