Cosmopolitan
We include Edmond Briottet’s Liqueur du Cranberry for a delicious twist to the popular Cosmo. With flamed orange oils, Saint George Citron Vodka and Pierre Ferrand’s Dry Curacao, it’s quite simply delicious.
Beauty & The Beast
Sailor Jerry Rum, Plum Sake, Lime & Charred Rosemary Syrup. Floral & fruity.
Roman Punch
From Jerry Thomas’ Bartending Guide of 1862, this has survived the test of time. The crushed ice in this cocktail is crucial for the refreshing fruity taste, and it serves well as a pitcher for groups. Contains Appleton Estate Rum, Dry Curacao, Raspberry Syrup. Port & Lemon Juice
Eastside Rickey
A light and refreshing cocktail perfect for the summer months. Take away the cucumber for a Southside, can be served with or without crushed ice. Contains Hendricks Gin, Lime, Cucumber, Gomme Syrup & Mint.
The Black Blazer
For a fiery chocolate orange nightcap, try the unusual Black Blazer. Contains Appleton Estate Rum, Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur, White Choc Syrup, Orange Bitters and a block of milk chocolate. Blazed and served warm.

Wrecking Coast Clotted Cream Gim
A silky smooth gin from the Wrecking Coast distillery in Cornwall. Using Cornish clotted cream in production and lowers atmospheric to distill cold and avoid the cream curdling. Rather than hugely affecting the taste, the cream adds a silky rich mouthfeel to the gin. Leaf and pine tree aroma
Copper Frog Gin
Always the winner at our Devon Gins blind tasting events, Copper Frog Distillery from Exmouth values time to create a superior spirit. Piney juniper. a creamy texture with citrus, coriander and liquorice.
Capreolus Garden Swift Gin
Rich and wonderfully complex. Distilled with 34 botanicals that have either been macerated or suspended above to gently release aromas through the rising steam. Bright peach, orange and citrus on the nose with herbs, cloves and cardamom.
Oxford Physic Gin
Made in collaboration with the Oxford Botanical Gardens, this rich and herbal gin is distilled with 25 botanicals, many of them grown and foraged from the garden. Rich, flavourful and earthy.

Octomore 14.4 Virgin Oak Casks (If you haven’t yet tried Octomore, now is your chance. Octomore at the Bruichladdich distillery produce the most heavily peated whisky in the world, and create single malts like nothing else. This release is matured in charred virgin oak casks to capture the bold and rich flavours from the barrel.)
Laphroaig Elements 2.0 (Part of Laphroaigs premium series ‘Elements’, this release focuses on the fruity and complex flavours from an extra long fermentation)
Macallan Rare Cask (Limited stock - part of Macallan’s famed Rare Cask releases. Of course, sherry prominent. Only 1% of the casks on the Macallan Estate are said to be of the right quality for the Rare Cask Release. This edition (2019 Batch 2), is now worth over £500!)
