Ellie launched Azu Spirits out of a fascination with the roots of flavour and diversity in single malt Scotch whisky and premium craft gin. Ellie has set up a range of tasting events with Azu Spirits from themed evenings, the Whisky Club, local gin tastings, mixology masterclasses and luxury whisky and food pairing events. Ellie's expertise and fascination with the science and history of premium spirits offers guests the chance to delve deeper, whilst the blind tasting experience offers an entertaining twist perfect for group celebrations.
