From Edradour’s rich, oily spirit created with traditional methods in Scotland’s smallest distillery in comparison to the powerful phenols and complexity created through Bruichladdich’s new-age scientific techniques in Octomore 14.4, this offers a unique opportunity to delve into the rich history and science of Scotch whisky and discover what makes this famous spirit so renowned.

Presented as our unique blind tasting experience, encouraging an in-depth appreciation of the subtleties of aroma and flavour and introduces the challenge of deciding which is which before the big ‘reveal’ at the end of the evening.
