The Gins

Jensens Bermondsey Gin

A traditional London dry gin paying homage to the quality spirits produced in mid-20th-century London. After the height of the gin craze, with the development of the column still in 1830, gin making in the UK began to change from producing cheap, sweet and low-quality spirits to pure premium spirits that were palatable without added sweetness.

Doghouse Renegade Gin

A distinct, herbaceous, earthy and spicy gin. Uses green, leafy botanicals such as bay, sage, winter savoury and cardamom alongside traditional gin botanicals. Sourcing all of their grain locally, they are one of the few UK distilleries to make their base spirit from scratch. Doghouse has a full micro-brewery, 3 rectification columns and a 1500-litre copper pot still.

Half Hitch Gin

Half Hitch Gin, using 100% British grain spirit, uses three production methods to extract the optimal flavour from their botanicals: Copper pot distillation, vacuum distillation and hand-crafted tinctures.

Little Bird London Dry Gin

Handcrafted in micro batches in London, Little Bird’s blend of pink grapefruit, sweet orange peel and ginger brings crisp citrus notes whilst seven more botanicals add to the smooth, fresh flavour.

Sacred Old Tom Gin

A high-strength interpretation of the 18th-century Old Tom style. With bold juniper and sweet orange peel, the distillery uses a high proportion of distilled liquorice to attain a natural sweetness.

Portobello Road Gin

Rich juniper with a fresh citrus character. Liquorice and nutmeg promote the sweet peppery finish. Using natural botanicals from around the world to create a unique profile and depth of flavour, Portobello Road has quickly become the gin of Notting Hill.
