Plymouth Distillery
Navy Strength Gin
Hot! Strong enough to set gunpowder alight, and hence allowed on the Navy ships, this powerful and aromatic gin is robust with punchy juniper. Rich and complex with a warm lingering finish. Produced using traditional methods and a specific combination of botanicals, the higher ABV sets this gin apart. Intense, full bodied with spice and citrus. We find zingy citrus and juniper. Oily, full bodied with rosemary lavender and pine wood. Subtle green cardamom and citrus on the finish.
Bombay Sapphire Distillery
Star of Bombay
One of Bombay Sapphires premium offerings, the unique blend of botanicals include ambrette seeds and bergamot orange peel alongside the ten botanicals used in the classic Bombay Sapphire release. Complex and refined yet bolder than their signature release, the distillery uses vapour infusion, slows down distillation and increases the quantities of the botanicals to capture more flavour.
Ableforths Distillery
Bathtub Gin Old Tom
In the traditional Old Tom style, this fruity and sweet gin recreates a style popular in 18th and 19th century England. Juniper and orange, light sweetness and an oily full body. During the gin craze, a cat-shaped plaque would be hung outside and if you put a coin in the cats mouth, a little shot of gin would pour out the tail! Read more about the origins of Old Tom here…
Hendricks Gin Palace
Hendricks Original Gin
Created from eleven fine botanicals including cucumber and rose. Hendrick's is a marriage of two different spirits, one rich, refined spirit steeped overnight in their Bennett still, and one gentle spirit created through vapour infusion in a Carterhead still. Once the two spirits have been married together, infusions of cucumber and rose are added. Hendrick's renowned quality is often attributed to its unusual method of production and choice of botanicals.
Whitley Neill
Blood Orange Gin
Distilled with Whitley Neill's flagship botanicals and Sicilian blood oranges, this represents the more modern, fruity style of gin. Smooth, crisp and bright with blood orange and juniper. A family-owned distillery, Whitley Neill is inspired from the adventurous travels of its founder, Johnny Neill, and incorporates unique botanicals sourced from around the world.
Tanqueray
No10 Dry Gin
The premium release from Tanqueray named after the distillery's "Tiny Ten" copper pot still. Made using the four traditional botanicals in their London Dry along with whole grapefruits, oranges, limes and chamomile flowers. Vibrant with bursts of citrus and tropical fruits. Well balanced, citrus rich and full of character, it is the only gin to secure a spot in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition Hall of Fame.
