Halloween ‘Bloody Bramble’ Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

• 50ml blood orange gin (we used Whitley Neill)

• 15ml lime juice

• 15ml orange juice

• 10ml sugar syrup

• Splash of cassis

Method
In a shaker, vigorously shake the gin, lime juice, orange juice and sugar syrup with a handful of crushed ice. Pour into a glass.

Trickle the cassis over the top for the classic bramble ‘bleed’ effect.
